Work details
I have always had an involvement with the performing arts. I made several masks for plays, a rag doll as a prop forĀ Picasso’s play The Four Little Girls. I enjoy seeing art in action.
Making life casts has been an integral part of my artistic practice, and feathers are often a material of choice.
In 2012 I created some 3 dimensional works as part of an exhibition of early work. These combined vignettes of archival photos from the Exorcism series with decorated mannequins, in homage to the Surrealists’ interest in mannequins.
